Energy-efficient building (according to KfW Efficiency House 70). Most apartments have spacious loggias and terraces. The block edges were closed in the alignment of Seydelstrasse and Beuthstrasse. The long and narrow courtyard garden is accessible from both houses. Since the course of the Berlin Wall ran across the property, an original wall fragment was integrated into the garden design.
